now for the piece: i like the transparent circles, but the gradient doesn't jive well with me. the placmenet of the circle suggests a lower left to upper right movement.
the gradient cuts it 45 degree off in a straight left-right progression. my thought would be to have it start/end in the corners. but of course this is just the opinion of myself.
